General Features

Ideal for high strength wastewater for industrial and domestic, pH variation, less sensitive to temperature variations. Odour free, clog free, handles shock loading, quick start-up, fully automatic. Effective under extremely High BOD loading, 20 years warranty on AMB Bio Media. The plant is self cleaning, no sludge return, no backwash, no chemical needed, no filter  or expensive membranes to replace.

Ten (10) times the loading in less than 1/5 the time. Effluent can be directly discharged to the environment or can be used for irrigation, toilet flush or cleaning. The plant is easy to move/demobilize and expand.

Horizontal version (ISO H) in one or two bioreactors and clarification tank. Vertical version (ISO V) in bioreactor without clarifier, suited for high organic load and low hydraulic load combinations. Any combination of hydraulic and organic load can be accommodated by using multiple container plants.

The plant is in skid mounted or ISO freight containerized, designed for unprotected, outdoor locations with all machinery well covered inside the container door. Configured in 10, 20, 30, 40 feet lengths and transported as is. With such small footprint this innovative “High-Speed Bio Tec” can be slotted into restricted area. Standard capacity from 50 to 400 m3 per day. Any size is available as per the requirement. The plant can be installed above or below the ground. EEC production is global and accommodates global installation.

Designs for new applications should be based on a full wastewater analysis and followed up by a test program in order to verify the design and guarantee the effluent. The test may range from biodegradability testing in the laboratory to pilot testing on site.

The "High-Speed Bio Tec" plant has been designed for rapid installation with minimum civil engineering works making an ideal solutions for installation at remote locations.
